The Role:
We’re not just looking for a property professional, we’re looking for a Property Strategist who can dream up, design, and execute wealth-building plans that change lives. We need someone who lives and breathes property, someone who can find hidden gems and untapped potential where others see just bricks and mortar.
From cash-flow properties to capital growth opportunities, you’ll ensure every recommendation is backed by data, insights, and a vision for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Craft and present tailored property strategies that align with each client’s unique financial goals.
* Partner with Buyer’s Agents to secure properties that match client strategies, with a focus on exclusive off-market deals.
* Conduct in-depth market research and identify opportunities across various property types.
* Build client portfolios with a balance of cash flow, capital growth, and security in mind.
* Maintain strong client relationships, supporting them through each stage of their investment journey.
