This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a Senior Project Manager and Project Director on a once-in-a-lifetime project that will define your career and set you apart from the rest of Melbourne's project professionals.
The Opportunity You will support the coordination and delivery of a complex, high-profile project that includes:
* A luxury wellness precinct
* High-end hotel and commercial new build construction
* Complex civil and building services
* A multi-stage delivery timeline spanning up to 5 years
Your role will involve overseeing and coordinating both design and construction phases, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of every element of this visionary development.
What You'll Bring
* At least 4 years of experience in project management or construction
* Exposure to large-scale building projects, particularly with design and delivery involvement
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* The ability to represent the Developer professionally with contractors, consultants, architects,
* A strong team mindset, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude and a problem solving mind
