* Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and connecting them with the right legal professionals.
* Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Respond to client inquiries, prepare new client documentation, and ensure they feel supported and heard.
* Assist with preparing matters for conference and hearing, including collating briefs and court documents.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous administration or business support experience.
* Accurate typing skills with intermediate Word and Excel skills.
* Keen eye for detail and excellent document management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Natural empathy and passion for helping people, particularly those who have experienced trauma.
