Job Title: Chef (Part‐Time)
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Chef to join our close‐knit team at Breakers Country Club in Wamberal, NSW.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dining options, maintaining high standards and presenting wholesome, well‐prepared meals to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.
* Manage productive and high‐quality food preparation.
* Maintain presentation and consistency of food served.
* Serve and prepare for all bistro and function meals.
* Monitor stock levels and complete stock rotations.
* Ensure compliance with food handling practices and general cleaning duties.
* Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a high‐paced kitchen.
* Hold a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
* Hold a Food Handling Certificate.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
