Administration & Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Administration & Operations Manager to work closely with our Director and ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of our growing business.

About the Role

This is a strategic, hands-on role that sits at the centre of our operations. You will:

* Work directly with the Director to implement strategy and manage priorities

* Oversee daily operational workflows across design, procurement, and project delivery

* Manage executive administration including calendar, email, travel, and documentation

* Monitor project budgets, procurement processes, and financial tracking

* Coordinate communication between technicians, project managers, designers, and trades

* Oversee contracts, proposals, variations, invoicing, and documentation control

* Maintain CRM, project management and internal systems

* Act as a key liaison for clients, architects, builders and suppliers

You will be instrumental in creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring clarity across the business.

What We’re Looking For

You are:

* Highly proactive and two steps ahead

* Calm under pressure in fast-paced environments

* Commercially aware and financially literate

* Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail

* Discreet and confident working with high-profile or high-net-worth clients

* Comfortable managing up and supporting executive-level decision making

* Tech-savvy and systems-oriented

Experience Required:

* 3–5+ years in operations management, executive support, business administration or similar

* Experience in construction, high-end services, corporate, or fast-paced environments

* Strong Microsoft 365 capability

* Experience with CRM/project systems (Zoho, D-Tools, Xero – advantageous)

An interest in Audio Visual, Cinema, or Home Technology is highly regarded.
