The Bernborough Ascot is a brand-new, premium retirement Resort overlooking Doomben Racecourse, which has paved the way for a unique, luxury retirement experience.
We are currently seeking a full-time Concierge to join the team working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4:30pm.
Reporting to the Village Manager you will be tasked with providing a high level of customer service to the residents and guests of The Bernborough. You will undertake concierge duties and responsibilities including responding to resident and guest enquiries and requests, general administrative tasks, contractor management including inductions, assisting the restaurant team when required and ensuring that a premium level of customer service is provided to our residents in every interaction.
You will ideally have a good knowledge of the local area and ideally have experience in working in a customer facing reception role, or similar, with administration skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and a mature approach to your work.
Additionally, you will be extremely well presented and reliable, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Most importantly you will be a passionate and customer focused individual with a solid work ethic. It is essential you hold a valid drivers' licence.

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining.
