Back on Track Team
The Back on Track Team undertake meaningful outreach with young people who have not transitioned from year 10 to year 11 and/or 12 and are not currently meeting the requirements of the Education Act (2016). The primary purpose of the team is to support young people to navigate their barriers to learning to assist them to re‐engage in education or training.
Role Overview
To coordinate appropriate case management and re‐engagement strategies for young people in consultation with various stakeholders and to assist the Manager in the general educational leadership, management and administration of the regional team.

Essential Qualifications
* Registered teacher with full registration under the Teachers Registration Act 2000.
* Qualifications as established by the Tasmanian Industrial Commission in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award, 2005.
* Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) with a registration status – Employment.
Desirable Qualifications
* Four years or more training as defined in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award 2005.
* Driver's licence.
