We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Tamworth.You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life.
Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:Providing support in everyday activities around the homeProviding support with hygiene and personal careAssistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environmentAssisting with medication compliance, which may include the dispensation of prescription medicationMeal assistance, which may include meal preparationWhat shifts are we offering?
