Key Responsibilities
* Act as the 2IC in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
* Lead and mentor a team of passionate early childhood educators
* Ensure high standards of compliance, health & safety, and best practice are consistently met
* Foster strong, collaborative relationships with families, the community, and key stakeholders
* Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure it aligns with the EYLF and NQF
* Maintain documentation, rosters, and staff training to support smooth centre operations
* Work closely with the approved provider to meet business and regulatory goals
About You
* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent)
* Current NSW Working With Children Check
* Proven leadership experience within an Early Childhood setting
* Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and regulatory requirements
* Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for early years education and creating a safe, nurturing environment
