Salary: $100K - $110K per annum + super, bonus, relocation package, plus generous benefits including 9‐day condensed fortnight, hybrid flexible working.
Typical responsibilities include:
* Completing assessments and delivering vocational counselling to clients.
* Supporting leaders with coaching and mentoring, contributing to service development.
* Liaising between employers, employees, and other health professionals.
* Case management including goal setting, return‐to‐work plans, and progress follow‐up.
* Potential to shape the role as a Team Manager, with salary adjusted accordingly.
Qualifications and experience:
* Minimum 1.5 – 2 years' experience in occupational rehabilitation.
* Registration with AHPRA as a Psych (prov/general) or a rehabilitation counselling degree providing full ASORC registration.
* Social Workers with 2+ years in occupational rehabilitation counselling/consulting also welcome.
