Evolve Talent is looking for site experienced Utilities to join our teams working on various client sites in the Cairns, Mackay, Gladstone, Rockhampton & Darling Downs regions. These roles are DIDO.
The role of a Utility worker is both repetitive & physical including bending and heavy lifting and can involve any of the following tasks.
* Housekeeping - cleaning rooms, making beds, emptying bins.
* Industrial / domestic cleaning - Deep Cleans.
* Laundry - Washing, drying, and sorting linens.
* Kitchen Hand - High volume dishwashing, basic food prep.
* Dining Room Attending
* Bar and Tavern work
Skills and experiences
* QLD Driving License and own transport (essential)
* Safe Food handling Certificate
* Current police check - 6 months, or willing to obtain (Essential)
* Mining experience is highly desirable.
* Approved Managers Certificate highly desirable.
* Housekeeping in hotels/motels
* Residential, Commercial or Industrial Cleaning
* Ability to work in various weather conditions. (Harsh Heat and Humidity)
* Be able to pass a pre-employment medical.
* Be able to pass Drug Screens every 28 days.
* Unlimited working rights.
