About the Role
* Support HR Business Partners with reporting, insights, and preparation for cyclical people processes and annual HR activities.
* Provide day-to-day operational and advisory support to HR Business Partners across their client groups.
Key Responsibilities:
1. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, remuneration, and compliance matters;
2. Support broader HR operations including employee termination processes in close partnership with the HR Coordinator;
Necessary Qualifications & Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher level of education in Human Resources, Business or related field;
A minimum of 3 years' experience in an analogous position within an energetic company would also work fine.[1]
