Administrative Assistant Role
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team as an Administrative Assistant. As a key member, you will provide timely and accurate administrative support across a range of tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and triaging inbound emails and service desk tickets related to fleet enquiries/issues.
* Responding to and resolving general administrative enquiries/issues.
* Meeting coordination and meeting minutes.
* Coordinating and maintaining the State Headquarters pool fleet.
Main responsibilities include:
* Organising proactive servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
* Coordinating vehicle cleaning.
* Conducting regular stocktakes of vehicle equipment, inspecting and replacing items as needed.
* Collecting and archiving vehicle running sheets.
* Managing vehicle booking requests.
* Investigating and resolving infringements and toll notices.
* Assisting with asset disposal and stocktaking.

* Hold a current driver's licence.
