With sustained growth, they seek a proactive and driven, hands-on Regional Manager - Sales in their southern region, a newly created role to lead and take ownership of a small sales team. You will grow sales through business development and organic growth, and work closely and lead and mentor a talented team to ensure service delivery.

You will be responsible to:
1. manage a small sales in your region
2. oversee and drive sales strategy to grow new business
3. mentor and coach staff to retain good clients and improve share of wallet
4. personally chase new business and manage key clients
5. support the businesses growth working closely with operational sites
6. work with the many stakeholders across the rural and city locations
To be successful in this role you will have:
7. 5+ years of sales experience ideally with proven territory management skills targeting new business
8. proven account management skills to retain clients and grow share of wallet
9. an understanding of broadacre crop chemicals and farming seasonality
10. experience or ability to lead a small team to maximise their potential
11. a desire to collaborate closely with your local community and be the face of the business
