Award/Classification: Health and Human Services (Tasmanian State Service) Award, General Stream, Band 2 | $66,049 to $70,993 per annum (pro rata)
Employment type: Fixed‐term, part‐time (55 hours per fortnight) | Location: St Marys, North
Role: Provide high‐quality administrative and clerical support for St Marys Community Health Service, supporting managers and clinicians, managing information flow, and contributing to an effective and responsive health service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‐level administrative and clerical support across a broad range of functions, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established procedures and guidelines.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and work in accordance with all Agency and Hospital policies, demonstrating professionalism and sound judgement in all tasks.
* Coordinate rostering, payroll support, data entry, and reporting, using advanced Excel and MS Office skills while managing competing priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should meet the selection criteria outlined in the Statement of Duties. Relevant experience in administrative support within a health or community setting is desirable.
