Our client, a respected construction business, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a key project from start to finish. About the Role You will oversee all site activities for the construction of a new Early Learning Centre in Burpengary, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will be the on-site point of contact for subcontractors, clients and the project team. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate day-to-day site operations from mobilisation through to practical completion Manage subcontractors, trades and on-site labour to achieve program milestones Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, quality standards and site procedures Maintain accurate records including site diaries, RFIs, variation documentation and QA checklists Work collaboratively with project stakeholders including clients, consultants and suppliers Proactively identify and resolve site issues and risks Monitor programme delivery and contribute to schedule updates About You Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within the construction industry Experience managing projects (preferably in civil, commercial or institutional sectors) Strong understanding of WHS legislation and quality management practices Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Valid White Card and QLD driver’s licence (other tickets/certifications beneficial) Why Join This Team?
