This is a full time, ongoing role located in Melton East.
For more than 170 years we have provided practical and compassionate support to people across Victoria facing daily challenges such as food, utilities, schooling for children, and access to services.
We operate a range of programs including soup vans, education programs, home visitation, and VincentCare Victoria, serving communities affected by homelessness, the housing crisis, family violence, and aging.
Your role We are seeking a retail supervisor to lead a diverse team of staff and volunteers in our Melton East shop.
You will guide a team passionate about giving back to the community, drive sales growth, coach volunteers, and help raise essential funds for our organisation.
Responsibilities Lead our volunteer team to deliver a memorable customer experience Strive for, meet, and beat sales targets Train and support our dedicated team of volunteers About you You are an inspirational leader with strong communication skills who can coach and mentor your team.
If you enjoy visual merchandising, achieving results, and creating a great shop environment for volunteers, this could be a strong fit for you.
More specifically you will have Retail management experience with a focus on people Proven retail apparel sales experience with a drive to succeed Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks A proactive, can-do attitude and positive team spirit Why work for us?
