About the Role
As a Health Care Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. Your daily contributions will help our residents live with dignity, comfort, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meals
- Support nursing staff with care planning and documentation
- Promote a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in aged care or healthcare (desirable but not essential – training can be provided)
- Compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Team player with a flexible, positive attitude
