**Are you passionate about driving clinical excellence and innovation in healthcare delivery?**

Join us as a **Clinical Governance Business Partner (CGBP)** and play a pivotal role in shaping safe, high-quality clinical services across Amplar.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in embedding our Clinical Governance Framework into Primary and Community Care programs, evolving current service models, ensuring clinical risk is effectively managed and quality improvement is at the forefront.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead the management of complaints, incidents, adverse event investigations, and clinical escalations.
- Support credentialing, audit, and accreditation processes to uphold clinical standards.
- Support the safe and innovative expansion of clinical programs, ensuring governance frameworks are effectively implemented.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and report on clinical KPIs, ensuring alignment with contractual and business requirements.

***Role Details**

**Permanent Part-Time: 0.4 FTE**
**Location**: Flexible - Work from home or from our offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, or Brisbane
**Travel**: Occasional travel to Melbourne (approx. 3 times per year)

**About You**

You're a qualified **Allied Health Professional**or** Registered Nurse** with experience in clinical governance and quality assurance.

You're confident in analysing clinical data, producing high-quality reports, and contributing to service improvement initiatives.

Experience in designing models of care, supporting new service development, managing clinical incidents, and navigating accreditation processes will be highly regarded.
