About the Role:

An exciting opportunity exists for an Allied Health Assistant to join our Occupational Therapy team and further develop their career. This role offers valuable experience and exposure across a variety of programs designed to support professional growth.

Key responsibilities include:

* Collaborate with clients and staff members to facilitate client management, ensure safe program delivery and service coordination
* Complete various indirect tasks as requested by AHP, including phone calls, equipment modifications and administrative tasks
* Equipment setup and maintenance including cleaning, stock take and loan monitoring
* Update AHP on client progress or task outcomes
* Assist in supervision of AHA students

Qualifications/experience required:

* Certificate lll or lV in Allied Health Assistance
* Computer literacy, Microsoft Office, and other reporting or statistical programs
* Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
