Our multidisciplinary team includes experts in ecology, botany, fauna handling, bushland restoration, GIS, mine rehabilitation, environmental approvals and ecological planning. We work on diverse projects at all scales for major infrastructure and threatened flora translocations, to large-scale restoration programs and the development of innovative offset property solutions—creating meaningful conservation outcomes across Australia.
Along with our parent company Niche, we're a team of over 200 people across the east coast of Australia. We're not just a great place to work — we're a connected and inclusive community of talented thinkers and doers who are constantly innovating, learning, and striving to excel in everything they do.
