Role Overview
We are looking for customer service professionals with experience in the healthcare industry to rotate through weekday shifts, after hours, and weekend all‐day coverage. The position is permanent, with full‐time or minimum 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
* Perform ad‐hoc duties and projects.
* Robust client service and relationship management skills.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Work autonomously as well as part of a team.
* Maintain robust organisational and time‐management skills.
* Intermediate PC literacy – use of MS Office.
* Focus on achieving targets within key deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in a call‐centre environment.
* Understanding or awareness of the healthcare, nursing, aged care and NDIS industry.
