About your new employer:
Join a national insurance litigation team with a standout Motor & Recoveries practice in Brisbane. The team is known for:
* Acting for major insurers on motor, property damage, and recovery matters.
* A collaborative culture with hands-on mentoring.
* Quality work without unrealistic KPIs.
No two days will be the same – you’ll be in court, negotiating settlements, and advising clients while learning directly from some of the best insurance litigators in the market.
The ideal candidate:
* Lawyer with 2–5 years’ PAE (preferably in insurance litigation, motor or recoveries).
* Confident managing your own files and liaising with insurer clients.
* Strong communication and file management skills, with an eye for details.
* A team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across the practice.
