ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you an experienced Heavy Vehicle Driver looking for a career change? Or already a Driver Trainer passionate about sharing your expertise?
We're looking for motivated professionals to join our dynamic team at Wodonga TAFE's Shepparton Campus.
In this rewarding role, you'll deliver high-quality Heavy Vehicle Licensing and corporate training programs, helping participants achieve their goals while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. You'll play a key role in guiding learners to success, managing time effectively, encouraging growth, and focusing on outcomes.
Training and support provided to be part of a professional training team committed to excellence, working within the Continuous Improvement framework, AQTF standards, and the values of Wodonga TAFE.
Selected Duties:
· Conduct training programs in a professional manner and in accordance with AQF, and contract standards, and Wodonga Institute of TAFE procedures and expectations.
· Contribute to the design, revision and maintenance of all training activities as required.
· The ability to deliver theoretical and practical driver training for heavy vehicle licensing to individuals and/or small groups.
· Perform all duties, in accordance with Wodonga Institute of TAFE's occupational health and safety policies and procedures including WorkSafe, EPA, Victorian and VicRoads laws and regulations, relevant to the activities being undertaken.
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience

· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a willingness to obtain.
· A multi combination licence for a minimum of 2 years, with broad industry experience .
· Desirable Certificate III in Transport and Logistics (not essential)
