The Role
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be part of a supportive care team delivering person centred care to residents. You will assist residents with daily living activities while helping create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
* Supporting mobility and independence
* Assisting with meals and hydration
* Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting concerns to the clinical team
* Building positive relationships with residents and families
* Supporting a safe and respectful environment within the home
What You Can Bring
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related qualification
* A genuine interest in supporting older people
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to manage a varied workload
* Compassionate and respectful approach to care
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current National Police Certificate
