About The Role
As the Team Lead for our Aftersales Spare Parts team, you'll ensure the smooth running of the spare parts department.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading, developing and motivating the parts team (3)
* Delivering a premium customer experience
* Ensuring parts are provided effectively and efficiently to customers
* Drive continuous improvement methodologies and practices in the everyday aftersales activities
* Stock control including forecasting and purchasing recommendations
* Ensuring departmental KPIs and financial targets are achieved
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service or parts advisory role, preferably in an industrial or automotive environment
* Ability to lead a small team
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A team player with a customer-first mindset
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Greentree) and Microsoft Office Suite
