About the Role
Working Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week, this role is perfect for a Property Manager ready to take their career to the next level. You will manage a high‐quality, local portfolio in excellent condition, with responsibilities including:
- Building strong relationships with tenants and landlords.
- Conducting incoming, outgoing, and routine inspections.
- Overseeing repairs and maintenance management.
- Managing arrears and ensuring prompt payments.
- Collaborating with a Leasing Consultant + Junior Property Manager for added support.
About You
- Proven experience in Property Management.
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
- A valid driver's licence and their own reliable car.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- A strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act.
