We are seeking an
HR Administrato
r to join our
People & Culture
team in Brisbane, supporting our Place, Environment and Oceans operating unit. You'll join a team that cares deeply, works stronger together, and takes pride in delivering purposeful, high-quality experiences for every candidate and employee.

Your Role
Role
As an HR Administrator, you will play an essential role in keeping our HR and Talent Acquisition functions running efficiently. Working closely with our HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

* Support recruitment activities, from advertising and candidate management to preparing contracts and onboarding new starters
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee documentation is up to date
* Coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding and offboarding activities
* Respond to candidate and employee queries with professionalism and warmth
* Contribute to HR projects and process improvements that enhance our employee experience
* This is a hands-on role where your organisational skills, initiative and communication style will make a real impact.

What You Will Bring
You are someone who thrives in a collaborative team and enjoys a role with variety. You will also bring:

* 1–2 years' experience in HR or recruitment administration
* Confidence using HR or recruitment systems (HRIS, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
* A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine desire to learn and grow in your HR career
* A qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration will be highly regarded, but not essential if you have the right experience and enthusiasm.
