Clinical Care Coordinator Role
At mecwacare, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Care Coordinator to lead our residential aged care team at O'Mara House in Traralgon, Victoria.
This is a full-time opportunity that combines the warmth of rural living with rewarding professional growth. You will work collaboratively with specialist teams, residents, and their families to oversee and guide effective resident-focused clinical outcomes.

* Providing clinical leadership and guidance to Registered Nursing staff and Carers
* Mentoring and supporting staff to promote high-quality care
* Collaborating with Facility Manager and specialist teams to achieve continuous improvement
* Fostering strong relationships with residents and their families
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with ongoing clinical skills
* Proven leadership skills to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong prioritization and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
* Knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Standards, and AN-ACC documentation requirements
