The Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead and scale our wholesale gelato, ice cream and dessert business across cafés, restaurants, dessert venues, hospitality groups and foodservice partners.

This is a field-based, high-impact role suited to someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships and driving volume growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and execute a B2B wholesale sales strategy from the ground up
* Acquire and manage wholesale accounts including cafés, restaurants, dessert bars, hotels, caterers, corporates and distributors
* Drive new business, repeat orders and long-term partnerships
* Conduct tastings, product demos and on-site meetings
* Negotiate pricing, volumes and commercial terms
* Work closely with production and operations to ensure consistency and scalability
* Represent the brand at industry events and trade opportunities
* Provide market insights to support product development and packaging formats

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years' B2B sales experience in foodservice, FMCG, dairy, gelato, ice cream, or hospitality supply
* Proven ability to win new accounts and grow territories
* Strong network within hospitality or foodservice (highly regarded)
* Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills
* Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
* Valid Australian driver's licence and own car (essential)
