Experience
* Graduate of an approved school of nursing
* Currently licensed in the state of Florida
* IV certification preferred
* Ability to travel to patient homes.
* 2years (Preferred)
Responsibilities
* Assist in patient's activities of daily living
* Monitor patient and report on their well-being
* Participating in the nursing process by providing input to the patients' overall care
* Implementing the care plan as written
* Provides for emotional and physical safety of patient while considering their rights and cultural background
* Complies with all company policies and procedures including HIPAA Privacy Rules
* Monitors and reports changes to the patient's condition to supervisor
* Listen and respond to any patient requests and concerns
* Accepts only those assignments for which they are qualified
