We are looking for a customer-centric and sales-focused individual with a measurable track record in building, managing, and delivering outstanding sales results in Victorian Enterprise accounts in a fast-growing tech environment.ResponsibilitiesWorking with a named list of accounts in the Melbourne market, responsible for both new business acquisition and developing existing business, continuously looking for expansion opportunities. 
Consistently deliver on forward-thinking license, support and service revenue quotas on a quarterly and yearly basis. 
Commit to reaching the numbers and overachieving the targets.Drive Cloud initiatives and partner with customers as they embark on their digital journey.Work closely with local partners, developing and delivering account strategies for joint success.Collaborate with Splunk colleagues to maximize account penetration, focusing on account planning and opportunity management.Report on pipeline and forecasts with Manager and APAC sales operations on a monthly and quarterly basis.Lead pricing and business terms with large enterprises by selling value and coordinating with Splunk business areas.Leverage in-house sales engineering, professional services, and partner services to position Splunk effectively in the market.Skills and ExperienceConsiderable software selling experience in a B2B environment within the Melbourne marketExtensive relationships within Victorian enterprise accountsExperience managing a 10-15 account loadAbility to build relationships and sell at the C-suite levelStrong forecasting discipline and accuracyExcellent time management, interpersonal, written and presentation skillsExperience with IT systems such as enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and/or analyticsExperience navigating CRM systems (Salesforce)BenefitsSplunk offers competitive compensation and excellent perks, including private health cover, wellness allowance, volunteering time and flexible work practices.
