About the role We are seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join the Senior Community Care team to support out Direct Care Workers through rostering, timesheet approvals and liaising with clients that require in home care. This role is based at our Somerville office.

As our ideal candidate, you will possess:

* Demonstrated experience rostering and coordinating services to ensure that needs are met
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role being the first point of contact for clients, carers, care managers and referral organisations
* Experience using Alayacare will be highly regarded
* A high level of written and verbal communication skills
* A high level of organisation and time management skills
