1. Strengthen the structural foundation of the CM Plant and Fleet through improved systems and processes.
2. Lead a team of supervisors and team leaders by fostering open communication and driving high performance.
3. Collaborate with quarry managers to synchronize repair schedules and workloads, minimizing downtime.
Implement initiatives to enhance culture and communication across the organization. Regularly report on workshop activities, budget planning, major asset repairs, and workforce productivity.
Key qualifications: Proven leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, effective time management, adaptability, current driver's license, and at least 4 years' experience as a qualified mechanic.
