We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, detail-driven Administration Assistant to join our high-performing team. This is your chance to work in a vital, people-focused role supporting multiple departments across our health service – from admissions to aged care, from theatre to antenatal – every day brings something new.

About the Role:
As an Administration Assistant, you will be the face and voice of Yarrawonga Health – often the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. You'll provide high-quality administrative support across a range of key service areas including:
- Main Reception
- Admissions & Theatre
- Aged Care
- Antenatal Clinic
- Medical Imaging
- Medical Records
- Ward Clerk Duties
You'll bring your flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and your ability to manage competing priorities like a pro.
Note: Weekend and public holiday availability is required.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong organisational, time management and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Familiarity with medical terminology and privacy principles
- A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Nice to Have:
- Certificate in Business Administration (or similar)
- Experience in a hospital or aged care environment
