About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Agent to join our team at RAAF Base Tindal. As part of our Defence Base Services contract, you will be responsible for managing bookings, check-ins/out, maintaining records, coordinating inspections and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead room booking and allocation for personnel posted or transiting through the base.
* Track and manage keys: arrival, departure and safe storage.
* Cleanup maintenance respond to service requests.
