Your New Role
As the Forward Works Planner, you will support the planning, development and reporting of Council's forward capital works program, including Stormwater Levy and Development Contributions (s7.11/s7.12) programs. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to prioritise work, develop long‑term plans, and ensure the smooth delivery of capital projects. Your responsibilities will include:

* Prioritising works and monitoring expenditure and outcomes
* Preparing professional reports, presentations, and grant funding applications

* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Council
What You'll Need to Succeed

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
* Problem‑solving and decision‑making capability
* Stakeholder engagement experience
* Tertiary qualifications in urban planning, economics, social or environmental policy, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
* Class C driver's licence
