What you'll be doing
In this role, you will provide safe, high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting clients to achieve optimal health outcomes. You will play a key role in delivering person-centred care while contributing to clinical excellence and service improvement.
· Deliver direct nursing care in line with care plans and scope of practice
· Monitor, assess, and report on client conditions and clinical changes
· Support clients with daily living activities and promote independence
· Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and health records
· Collaborate with the healthcare team and escalate clinical concerns appropriately

Essential Criteria:
· Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

1. Relevant clinical experience in speciality.
2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
4. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
5. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
6. Commitment to continuing professional development
7. Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
8. Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
