The Opportunity
This position offers the chance to drive new business growth and strengthen technical partnerships across Victoria. You will be responsible for providing consultative technical support and sales of electronic components and systems to both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across industrial, manufacturing, automation, and engineering sectors in Victoria.
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of technical clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership.
* Provide high-level technical guidance to customers, including support with electronics design, product selection, and system integration.
* Prepare and present detailed proposals, technical documentation, and pricing solutions.
* Collaborate closely with operations, technical, and product teams to ensure delivery of solutions that exceed client expectations.
* Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical workshops to educate and support client teams.
* Drive sales activity in line with the company's growth strategy, targeting both design engineers and senior technical decision-makers.

What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or electronics solutions consulting, ideally within industrial electronics, semiconductors, automation, or OEM components.
* High-level understanding of electronics principles, circuits, components, and system integration.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage engineers, design teams, and technical managers.
* A consultative, commercially minded approach with a focus on solving client challenges rather than transactional sales.
* Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing a Victorian territory.
Experience selling electronic components or systems in Victoria is highly desirable.
