An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to support a highly regarded Partner within a leading national law firm's Sydney office.
This role sits within a specialised practice advising large, self-insured corporations on complex workplace and employee health matters, including sensitive and often high-profile claims.
Responsibilities
* Providing high-level support to a Partner on complex litigation matters
* Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
* Managing diaries, deadlines, and tribunal requirements
* Preparing briefs and court/tribunal documents
* File and matter management, including billing
* Liaising with clients and key stakeholders
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Senior Legal Assistant within litigation or insurance
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Confident supporting at Partner level
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
