Green Timber Technology (GTT) is a leader in prefabricated timber construction and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). We are seeking an experienced Senior Carpenter to lead on-site installation, factory completion and quality of our panelised building systems.
Candidates must have 5-8 years of carpentry experience for this senior role.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead installation of prefabricated wall, floor, and roof panels
* Oversee cladding, glazing, and building envelope works in the factory
* Ensure high-quality finishes and defect-free delivery
* Supervise apprentices and subcontract carpenters
* Conduct quality inspections and manage defects
* Ensure compliance with drawings, NCC, and safety requirements
About You
* Trade-qualified Carpenter with strong on-site experience
* Certificate III qualification plus relevant experience required
* Proven background in high-quality residential or multi-residential builds
* Strong skills in cladding, windows/doors, and finishing
* Excellent eye for detail and quality
* Able to read drawings and lead small site teams
* Prefab / panelised construction experience highly regarded
* Australian work rights essential for this position
