The Role

We're looking for a visionary Performance Marketing Manager to own and drive the digital engine behind our growing slate of live productions. This is a hands‐on role where you'll build campaigns from the ground up, but we need more than just a data cruncher—we need a creative strategist with a global eye.

As we expand internationally, you will play a pivotal role in developing the "Big Live" brand identity across different markets. You're a performance marketer at heart, but you possess the aesthetic intuition to ensure our creative assets feel premium, cohesive, and world‐class. You won't be buried in a large marketing department; you'll be working directly with the leadership team to shape how Big Live reaches audiences across Australia and beyond. What You'll Do

* Paid Digital Advertising & Creative Direction: Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. You will act as the bridge between data and design, providing creative direction for assets to ensure they meet global brand standards while hitting cost‐per‐acquisition and ROAS targets.
* Global Brand Growth: Help define and execute the digital rollout for international tours, ensuring our brand resonates in diverse global markets while maintaining a premium, "iconic" feel.
* Organic Social Strategy: Develop and execute organic content strategies that build brand prestige. You'll understand how to turn a 15‐second rehearsal clip into a viral moment that drives ticket sales.
* Analytics and Reporting: Be the authority on our marketing data. Set up GA4, build dashboards, and deliver clear performance reports. You'll use data to tell the story of what's working and identify untapped global trends.
* SEO & Discovery: Develop a high‐level SEO strategy to ensure our productions are the first thing audiences see when searching for world‐class cultural events.
* Agency & Creator Management: Brief and manage external agencies and creative freelancers. You'll ensure any external partners are delivering aesthetic excellence and results that meet our standards.
* Campaign Strategy and Planning: Work with the broader team to develop integrated strategies for each tour. You'll understand the high‐stakes, high‐reward rhythm of marketing live events with fixed dates and finite inventory.

What You Bring

* 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a portfolio that demonstrates both analytical success and creative flair.
* A "Global Eye": You understand what premium branding looks like and how to adapt it for different international audiences.
* Strong hands‐on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
* Creative proficiency: Experience briefing designers or using tools (like Adobe Suite or Canva) to iterate on high‐performing ad creative is a major plus.
* Proven ability to manage external agencies and hold them to both performance and brand‐alignment targets.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to "sell" a creative vision backed by hard data.
* Meticulous Organisation: You are a natural project manager who can juggle multiple tour on‐sales and creative deadlines simultaneously.
* A love for the performing arts, or a passion for the "experience economy" and the thrill of live events.
