Transformation Leader
This role is a critical leadership position, responsible for overseeing the delivery of a comprehensive transformation program. The successful candidate will lead the design and execution of an integrated roadmap, ensuring transparency and accountability across all remediation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program Leadership: Develop and implement an integrated transformation roadmap, aligning all remediation initiatives under a unified governance framework.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Risk Remediation: Lead the uplift of operational risk, insurance administration, outsourcing practices, and governance structures.
* Regulatory Compliance: Oversee timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
* Cultural Enhancement: Champion a culture of accountability, integrity, and member-first thinking across the organisation.
About You
* Extensive experience in financial services, preferably superannuation and/or wealth management.
* Experience working on large-scale M&A programs.
* Proven track record in leading large-scale risk remediation programs under regulatory scrutiny.
* Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, including APRA's prudential standards.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at Board and Executive levels.
* Experience in governance, compliance, and operational risk uplift.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability.
