Job Overview
Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to lead and manage logistics operations across the Australasian region. This critical role ensures the efficient movement of goods across international and domestic channels, supporting business objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include managing international and domestic freight to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery, sourcing and evaluating freight quotes, overseeing 3PL operations, maintaining accurate shipment data, designing and implementing logistics strategies, driving inventory accuracy, resolving logistics-related customer issues, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
* A tertiary qualification in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics D365
* A proven track record in developing logistics processes, documentation, and training
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
* A strategic mindset, combined with attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills
