Team Assistant (Administration Assistant)
We are looking for a Team Assistant (Administration Assistant) to join our Sydney office on a full‐time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* Provide proactive and effective general administration assistance across a diverse range of tasks within the Sydney office.
* Work closely with Practice Executives (Legal Secretaries), Lawyers, and Senior Associates to provide day‐to‐day administrative support.
* Support development of the role through close collaboration with the Team Leader and Operations Manager.
Qualifications
* Previous administration and customer service experience.
* "Can do" and proactive approach.
* Strong organisational skills and high level of attention to detail.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Behaviour in a professional manner, presenting as pleasant and approachable at all times.
* Ability to learn new systems and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
