Responsibilities
:
1. Manage a group of clients across multiple industries for their tax and advisory needs.
2. Support, coach, and mentor less experienced team members
3. Assist Partners in setting KPIs (Financial, Non-Financial, and PD) for business unit
4. Identify areas for improvement within TNM andmunicate appropriate improvement efforts to Partners.
5. Input and focus on business development activities for a business unit
6. Adequately manage a key division of the business and drive business improvement efforts for this division whilemunicating appropriately to team members and Partners
7. Skilfully manage relationships with a portfolio of key clients
8. Effectively plan and manage future workflow requirements personally and for the team
9. Accurately scope jobs and provide detailed advice representing the client journey while assessing the importance of tasks to prioritize, and delegate work.
10. Consistentlyplete jobs under budget while identifying opportunities to add value to the client
11. Identification of opportunities to increase the value of the client to TNM
12. Accurately and skilfully finalize financial statements and ie tax returns
13. Review TNM outputs including tax planning reports, investment strategy documents, property reports
14. Evaluate client accounting systems and suggest improvements to generate TNM and client efficiencies

Pre-requisites:
19. At least 5 years experience as an accountant
20. At least 1 year experience as an Accounting Manager
21. Advanced knowledge of ie tax, GST, and accounting standards
22. Tax planning including structuring & restructuring, small business CGT concessions, Div 7a, FBT, Margin Scheme, PSI/PSB rules,pliance risks
23. Business advisory including KPI programs, business plans, budgets and forecasting, business improvement efforts, business operational advice, sales and marketing strategies, and risk mitigation.
24. State law and corporation law
25. Experienced with Xero
26. Strong analytical,munication, and problem-solving skills
