Responsibilities
* Engage, coordinate and manage trades throughout the construction cycle
* Supervise jobs throughout construction cycle, tracking progress and communicating to both insurance companies and insured parties
* Ensure jobs are commenced and completed within KPI's
* Respond to and co-ordinate emergency make safes
* Dispute/issue resolution in timely manner
* Establish and maintain trade and client relationships
* Provide weekly job updates to Head Office
* Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OH&S requirements
* Work closely with the administration and construction teams to ensure all jobs are within KPI's and to achieve best possible outcomes for all parties
* Manage workload effectively in order to complete multiple tasks in line with client specific SLA's and KPI's
* Ensure each job is managed within the supplied budget
About You
* Solid construction supervision experience in small to medium, domestic construction repairs
* Site supervisor or builders licence ESSENTIAL
* Proven skills in construction estimating for building repairs to both domestic and commercial properties
* Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, and all construction related trades and suppliers
* Ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities.
* Strong verbal and written communication;
* Interpersonal skills to with an ability to deal with both internal and external customers building long term relationships.
* Able to develop business through quality service delivery.
* Experience in the insurance repair industry is beneficial
* Thorough understanding the construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirements
* Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards.
