YOUR NEW ROLE
As a valued member of this cutting-edge nimble "smart" law firm, reporting to the managing principal, you will relish the diversity engaging in interesting work for a broad client base Australia-wide.
You will own your own litigation practice, advising and resolving disputes relating to:
Intellectual property – mainly trademarks
Commercial issues – including commercial contracts, corporate/business law, debt recovery, privacy law, defamation & employment law

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are an admitted solicitor
Have a minimum of 4 years (or more) experience in commercial litigation, preferably including some intellectual property litigation
Have high attention to detail and strong drafting/communication/people skills & advocacy and negotiation skills
Have an entrepreneurial spirit & willing to participate in business development/marketing and desire to be a key player in the business (not a mere number)
