Support Worker Role

As a Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care assistance to participants in accordance with their care plans. You will also monitor the safety and well-being of the participant and report any concerns to the supervisor.
Other key responsibilities include:
* Providing one on one support to clients in community settings
* Assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and community participation
* Monitoring and reporting incidents and progress reports
* Working collaboratively with the participant, family, and other professionals to support individual goals
Requirements for this role include:
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* Working With Children's Check (Employee)
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Current Driver's License & own car
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Home and Community Care/Aged Care/Disability/Nursing
* Covid 19 Vaccinations
* Police Report
