The role of this position is crucial in championing quality management practices and providing support to operational teams. This full-time position involves regular travel between sites, based in Mackay.
You will join our operational team to provide on-the-ground support, advice, and guidance on quality management and improvement. You will work closely with the Quality & Compliance Team to ensure organisational consistency and effective collaboration across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assessing systems and processes against established standards
* Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations
* Supporting incident reviews, close out, and identification of improvement opportunities
* Supporting recipient feedback, including compliments and complaints
* Proactively identifying quality and recipient care risk concerns
* Assisting with developing, evaluating, and improving policies, procedures, and frameworks
* Conducting regular self-assessments and quality audits and reviews to monitor quality performance
* Providing training and guidance to staff on compliance and quality requirements
* Supporting the leadership group with quality monitoring and reporting
Effective communication and building strong relationships with stakeholders are essential in maintaining the highest standards and compliance within the organisation.
